In terms of installation, the sensor supports two fixing methods: expansion bolt fixing and base plate adhesive fixing, which can be flexibly selected according to the structural characteristics of the boom steel structure. The mounting surface fits tightly, and it can be put into use without complex debugging. Wiring adopts an M12 waterproof connector, supporting RS485/Modbus mainstream communication protocols, which can seamlessly connect to the original control system of SANY cranes. The data transmission distance can reach 1 kilometer, meeting the wiring needs of large-scale equipment. Meanwhile, it supports reverse wiring design, reducing on-site installation error tolerance.
